I have lodged a ticket for the same issue and already replied to the email with the speed test data and the text file with the network info. replied on the 10th nov and haven't heard anything since

ticket number # 8503782

The speeds at peak time in the evening is becoming (or already is) unusable!

all fixed now, internet back to its old speed and the phone line doesn't have static anymore, thanks for the help, very quick turnaround to get it fixed.

i don't know why, but the ticket has been closed as being solved - nothing has changed. Also i plugged a phone (landline) into the line to see if there was any issue and it seems like the line is stuffed, very static-y and noisy, it's hard to hear someone on the other end when you call them, surely ...

i got a reply from the support people saying i hadn't been disconnected/terminated and just to apply for the plan change and it should be fine.

I really don't want to have to change ISP and would MUCH rather stay with exetel over the other guys anyway.

I'm on the NF/23NoTel plan, and the members facilities pages says my excess usage charge is $6.00 per gig for peak and off peak, whereas this page http://www.exetel.com.au/a_plan_pricing_adsl2_nf.php says it should be $0.50 per gig.
