I have a number of clients that include me on their Exetel contact list so I can help with trouble shooting ADSL issues. Today I received a "payment was dishonoured" notification, this notification does not give any indication of the service it is referring too. I've checked and my personal payments...

I've just tried to sign up a new user up today, the field still only allows 6 characters when signing people up for the no contract plans. Can this please be resolved?

When signing up to a new ADSL 2 (optus) plans you are now asked to choose Exetel or Agent. But when you choose agent, the new agent field only excepts 6 characters. Lite Agent codes are 7 characters long so you are blocking Lite Agents from signing up new users. Can this please be resolved ASAP plea...

Sent 15 faxes at 9:30pm today, they still have not been processed. Can this please be fixed

Sent 13 faxes this evening, non of them have been processed. Think it must be down again.

I have sent 9 faxes today, none of the them have worked or shown up in the user facilities page.

Can something please be done to improve the reliability of this service.

Have sent faxes using "email to fax" yesterday and today and the services isn't working. Emails sent fine but faxes weren't recieved and didn't come up in the user facilities.

Maybe if you can reduce the excess usage fees down to about $15 a GB on the larger plans.
