Re: Where do I find the size of my web space?

Thanks. That is perfect. Now I can easily keep track of usage.
It's a wonder Exetel don't add it to the account statistics.
Are you listening Exetel?

Re: Where do I find the size of my web space?

Adding up all the file sizes in a folders and sub-folders would be a time consuming task so I look forward to the file if you can find it.
I searched but couldn't.

Where do I find the size of my web space?

Where or how do I find how much of my 200MB web space I have used?
If needed can I buy more or do I have to go to a full web hosting package?

Re: Ownership of modem if not paid upfront

I signed up for the $5/m on 24 month contract last night and didn't see anything about 2.5c/MB.
The copy of my order form shows 1.5c/MB. Has this changed recently?

Re: Dial Plan for Asterisk

I have an "Outbound Route" for national calls, that is, all Australian PSTN phones. Within that route definition I have the above"Trunk Sequence". The problem was that it was bypassing the Exetel trunk and sending calls out via the Pennytel trunk. I removed the Pennytel trunk from the sequence and t...

Dial Plan for Asterisk

Can anyone provide a working Exetel Trunk dial plan for Piaf (Asterisk)? I have an Exetel and a Pennytel trunk and I've just copied the dial plan for the Pennytel to the Exetel Trunk. I have an Outbound Route for National calls and the Trunk Sequence is ENUM, Exetel the Pennytel but national calls s...

More Naked ADSL2 questions

I have a case where there is no telephone service at present although there has been one in the past. We use a mobile for all telephone calls. Now we want ADSL2. I think the process would be as follows but would like confirmation. Order a telephone service from Telstra (Budget line). Once line is co...

The first change was due to the changeover to the Exetel Qld POP as my IP changed from 220.233.232.nnn to 58.96.33.nnn. But this morning I couldn't access anything on the net and rebooted my router and the IP changed to 58.96.38.nnn.

How many times is my Static IP going to change?

My Static IP changed yesterday morning due to work that I was informed about by email which meant I had to change my IP on a number of sites that I support that allow only my IP to access remotely. Now it's changed again overnight and I have to go through the whole process again. How many times is t...

Why not email out all new invoices?

Is it possible for Exetel to automatically email a copy of each invoice when they are created to the default email address for the account or some other nominated email address?

Churn from Telstra ADSL1 to Exetel ADSL2 with least downtime

I want to move from Telstra ADSL1 to Exetel ADSL2 with the least possible downtime. My idea was, 1. Churn from Telstra ADSL1 to Exetel ADSL1. 2. Once completed order plan change from Exetel ADSL1 to Exetel ADSL2. If I do this what downtimes can I expect? Are there any other ways to do it without bei...
