I’ve tried turning the modem on/off a few times but the nbn arris lights continue to flash unable to establish a connection.
Is there an NBN issue in Chipping Norton, NSW? Or Epsom Road in particular?

Hi there, I'd just mistakenly ordered an Exetel HSPA plan Cap19 choosing SIM (as the Micro-SIM said iPad only) and afterwards realised that the iPhone4 requires a micro-SIM.
