Re: Change from TCV20-50 to A-30 in member facilities?

Thanks - however it seems that my parents exchange (Bald Hills - BLHS) does not have Optus equipment - only Telstra and AAPT seem to be available.

Change from TCV20-50 to A-30 in member facilities?

My parents are currently on a Telstra based ADSL2+ connection (TCV20-50) and I would like to change them to an AAPT connection (A-30). The qualification check on the new order form states that an AAPT connection is available for their service number. However, the AAPT plans are not available for sel...

Application Status page changes??

Hi,

I was just wondering what happened to the Application Status page (http://www.exetel.com.au/application_status.php)? It has been changed and now seems to display less data than it used to, like the application submit date.

Is this still in work?

Thanks.

Re: Price Increases For Out Of Contract Customers

So are the free calls for plans unavailable to me or does the information need to be updated in the user facilities? This post by ForumAdmin indicates that the OCV plans should be available in the Members Facilities by the end of this week for Optus Bundled customers: https://forum.exetel.com.au/vi...

Re: Please Use This Thread To Advise Exetel Of Typos/Errors

In the ADSL Members Facilities under My Details -> Payment Details, it states in the yellow box at the top of the page that: Account Administration charge of $3.00 is added to all monthly access charges for payments. Should this be removed since this charge has now been absored into the base plan fe...

I've found the follow search to be pretty accurate so far:

Feedback on outstanding support

Hi, On Wednesday I found my VOIP to be performing extremely badly. A quick check of the sync speed on my naked ADSL2+ connection showed only about 100 kbps uplink. Definitively not good... and very bad timing as I (the home network admin :D) was about to head overseas for a while and my family relie...

No confirmation when activating new mobile service

Hi, I just noticed when activating a new mobile service that there doesn't seem to be any confirmation that I could see. After pressing the Activation button, I complete my details on the page and accept the conditions, it takes me to another page where I confirm my details and accept the conditions...

Re: VOIP Voicemail divert time

Exetel did reply to my suggestion and said - Thanks for your suggestion. This is in our development list. We will implement it. I just saw in the member's facilities that you can now choose from one of the following divert times (10,20,30,40,50) seconds. Thanks Exetel! You guys are awesome!

Re: Revised/New ADSL1 Plans

Hi, there is a typo on the new user ADSL page. Plan TL-BC is listed as $55, according to the email it should be $65.

Great value plans by the way. I'll be moving my parents from their TELH plan to the new TL-BA plan. For $2 more they get 100 free calls and more data.

Keep up the great work.

Re: Members VoIP meter incorrect $ value

Yeah - I've got the same issue also. The "This month's total is:" value on the Member's Facilities front page is different to the value on the VOIP Usage page.

Re: New ADSL Plans For July 1st 2009

I see on the website that the 1500 6GB plan is $45. Is there any chance that Exetel could provide an entry level 1500 plan for $40? Or is a 1500 plan at the $40 price point simply not viable?

Display HSDPA referrals in user facilities?

Hi Guys,

Is it possible to have HSDPA referrals displayed on the "Reduce Your Costs" page in the users facilities? The referral discount has already been applied to my latest monthly bill.

Thanks.

Re: Please Use This Thread To Advise Exetel Of Typos/Errors

In my ADSL Member Facilities, when I click on HSPA -> View HSPA Accounts. And then select the box for View Data Usage, my ADSL usage graph is shown. This should show my HSPA usage.
