Re: ADSL Plans/$10 - $25 Per Month Discounts
Hi Everyone, Currently on my 'member facilities' page, I have the option (under 'Manage Services') to C'hange Service' to the new OT-series plans (e.g. OT-10, OT-20 etc). There is currently no option to switch to an OF-series plan (with telephone calls included). Is this likely to become available a...

Re: Price Increase For Out Of Contract Customers - Continued
The equivalent of an OVC10-plan for those of us not on naked would be warmly welcomed. Or even with less or zero data included. e.g. $50/month for zero data ($1/GB) with included local/national/OptusMobile calls would be great. Despite those complaining about the continuous changes of plans, I reall...

Re: Price Increases For Out Of Contract Customers
Just a note for Admin, on the main ADSL2 pricing page, Naked ADSL2 tab (http://www.exetel.com.au/a_plan_pricing_adsl2_new.php), the 'OCV' plans appear to have been mislabelled as 'OT' plans (though correct plan labels appear when you click on 'order' and proceed further).

Take it easy dude, you were getting an honest and frank opinion, unlike the spin-doctored crap many other telcos/ISPs try to feed usmark4323 wrote:ForumAdmin wrote: Do you work for Exetel? If that is the company's idea of 'customer relations' it will certainly cease to exist

Re: Price Increases For Out Of Contract Customers
Is there any way of changing (possibly through applying for a new service, as it is not an option in user facilities) from ADSL2 with Telephone (Plan OTA out-of-contract) to ADSL2 "Naked" OCV200 Plan 12 month contract (which comes with a non-crippled phone anyway) AND to keep my existing phone numbe...

Re: "Negativity/"Sh**storm" On 'Whirlpool'
I am not sure what the riff-raff on Whirlpool want. No price increases ever again for the rest of their lifetime? Crikey, the $3.00 admin fee is really only a relatively small price to pay when Exetel continue to offer such great value plans. I recently moved from Powertel ADSL2 (with Telstra PSTN) ...

Changing Account Holder Name on Invoices
Is it possible to change Account Holder Name on Invoices for ADSL2? I have changed the 'contact name' and contact phone number details within the member facilities area, however the invoices still display the original account holder name on them. Or does it technically have to remain in the original...

Re: Migration Path For AnyPhone Plan Users
Optus (No Telphone Line Rental) Possible Plans (OTHERPHONE) would be greatly welcomed. I am moving to a new residence soon, and preferred to use another PSTN service, whilst retaining EXETEL for ADSL2. This would work out perfect. Any ETA on availability of these proposed new ANYPHONE (Optus) plans?...

Lightning problems ADSL2 Powertel - Chatswood
Each and every time there is even the smallest thunderstorm with lightning, it would appear that my Powertel ADSL2 DSLAM at Chatswood Exchange starts rebooting itself every few minutes. You can almost pick it - as soon as you see a lightning flash in the distance, the line drops out and the modem re...
