I need to put this on the forums instead of via phone because its too difficult to re-explain from the beginning every time i call and get transferred to a new department. So the technician came today and he checked my line, nothing wrong on my side. He said that my line was never activated properly that it was an activation failure. As it stands now I am being told that Exetel will get beck to me in 24-48 hours.
This is the third time I have been told this and they hadn't gotten back to me yet.

The way i understand it is AoC will not be given 'more' bandwidth, online gaming doesn't use much bandwidth at all a whole nights of gaming would see under 100Mb of data change hands form the client. Ok 11am 9k latency spikes that other people on the server are not experiencing. nothing obvious at home that caused it power down and power up cycle of router doesn't do anything .
