Peak Download Used after 5 hours?!
Hi there,
My monthly download quotas reset at midnight last night and for some reason my dashboard is still showing 415.47 GB / 500 GB (83%). This is clearly impossible, I wish I could download this quickly.
Can anything be done to fix this obvious error?
Thanks,
Cameron

Re: Changing DSL supplier in Tasmania...
I've been waiting to see if this situation improved any more than it already has and it seems it probably won't, will exetel still waive contract fees if I churn due to this degradation in performance?

Re: Changing DSL supplier in Tasmania...
Hi guys,
For me the upgrade done this morning has improved the situation somewhat, my connection is still not up to the standard it was previously. Happy to do any diagnostics required.

Re: Changing DSL supplier in Tasmania...
I encourage everyone posting here to also send an email to exetel support, if this isn't a priority it needs to be.

Re: Changing DSL supplier in Tasmania...
Lowering the MTU helped me a lot, cheers Will!
EDIT:
It's quite a simple process if you know how to access your modem/router settings Tazz, most likely on the DSL or WAN page, then just look for MTU. Make a note of the current setting and then change it to 1400 before hitting apply/save.
