No it doesn't. I have a ticket number but no one is addressing the issue. It appears the Quarantine has stopped working altogether and and the amount of emails from myself has increased.
Could an engineer please look at this.

Re: NBN Set up
Hello, the modems usually come pre-configured. Just plug it in.
However you must wait until you receive notification by way of sms/email from Exetel advising that your NBN is active. Hope this helps.

Re: Related to Outage : Unplanned Fibre Network Outage - All Suburbs, NSW
I think Exetel's notifications have been more than adequate and I would like to thank Exetel for that. They were Wed 3 apri 8.13 am 10.38 am 1.11pm 5.45 pm 9.49 And again this morning. jim80z you probably should imagine the caos at the site of the damage and why you seem to be blaming Exetel when th...

Re: Extremely slow speeds
Are you sure your on your NBN network in your home? Your images appear to have your Virgin mobile service? Am I missing something? I’m having extremely slow speeds lately, however today has been the worst. I have tried power cycling many times and using alternate modems. I have been keeping logs of ...

Re: Frequent disconnections all day
Hi, we are experiencing repeated disconnections from the internet. The first disconnection started very early today and has happened frequently within the last 2 hours. Not sure where you are located but Exetel has reported possible Fibre network outages across multiple suburbs in Qld. They may exp...

Re: SNR Question
Best to know how far you are from the Node. I am aware of some residents getting 75 Mbps but they have the node out the front of their home. So if it is 800 m (which some are) from your home this will reduce the speed also. If the supplier system allows, still Exetel can provision a 100/40 on FTTN s...

Re: Instructions For Setting Up TP Link VG3631 For NBN FttP
Could the forum please explain why everything with modems seems to revolve around FTTN. There is still a need for modems for FTTP as we are now approaching our sixth year with the Trial areas of Australia and modems are now needing to be replaced. What modems do Exetel sell for residential that supp...

Speech to Text facility
Could the forum kindly confirm if this facility is still available on Exetel's mobile service for messages left on our phone? I was receiving "speech to text" prior to Xmas 2016 but as of the last few weeks the messages are presenting as Voicemail.
Thankyou for your assistance.

Re: Confused about FTTN speeds.
I signed up with you last night hoping to get the 100/40 plan for FTTN but I was told the max speed is 25/5 Mbps. I rang NBN today because they informed me recently that FTTN can reach speeds close to 100/40 & they don't understand why Exetel has told me the max speed is much lower. I would prefer ...

Re: Definitive Setup Guide for NF10WV
Ok many thanks for your help. I could possibly have a faulty router then as the UNI-D light on the NTD is not coming on. I have tested a 2nd and third router and connected to the NBN and I have also established a PPoE connection directly from the NTD to my PC. I have factory reset the NF10WV and al...

Re: Definitive Setup Guide for NF10WV
Could the forum please confirm that the NF10WV is also for FTTP? It is for the FTTP as well where you need to connect to the WAN port. http://exewiki.exetel.com.au/index.php?title=Netcomm_NF10W/V_VDSL_Setup_Guide During the configuration you may have to select the Ethernet WAN and continue. So for ...
