Re: New ADSL2 plans fro existing users
can i suggest you guys remove the OLD outdated offerings, whilst the new ones are already available but not yet implemented in the existeing users change of plan options.
would be a shame for a current customer to change to an outdated plans (and pay $20) all the while the newer plans are "available"

Re: Off Peak Periods
What seems to be of value, reading the replies to this thread, is that so many Exetel customers do not understand how to use a download manager. its just damm inconvenient. sometimes i want something RIGHT NOW. so at 12am i want to start it before i sleep. or i wanna download something so i can wat...

Re: Change of plan fee
The exetel user facility now allows different options for a change of plans. Option 1 - No new contract = $20 Option 2 - New six month contract =$0.00 Option 3 - New 12 month contract = $0.00 (not sure, can't remember) So we will change plans at the end of the month for $0.00 but had to enter a new...

Re: Change of plan fee
But existing customers can usually move to a new plan and not incur a new contract unless the underlying infrastructure changes. i am on Plan Type: NF/21INCTEL been "off contract" for many months now, and in my facilities page all the change of plan options attract a $20 fee. having said that, i'm ...

Re: Change of plan fee
How much would you save per month by switching to a new plan? Many people report saving about $5 per month, therefore you'd recoup the "steep" $20 plan change fee in 4 months and ultimately be better off for it. problem is there is a new plan every few months, so if i was to change every few months...

Re: Change of plan fee
exetel, i can understand $20 is reasonable for someone who is mid contract, fair enough. u dont want people swapping plans on a monthly basis. but why not waive the fees for those customers out of contract and still on grandfathered plans? wouldnt u want customers to swith over onto the current plan...

Re: Off Peak Periods
this thing about allocating slots on a first come first serve basis is stupid. really everyone will want the 12am starting slot.... then the 1 am then the 2 am.... then once all those are filled who will want to take up the 3am and 4 am slots? pretty much no one and no one will sign up and exetel wi...

Re: New ADSL2 Plan - Free
how about offering plans where we can choose the download limits independent of the mobile calls.
e.g i am a high downloader but a low mobile phone user.
if i choose a higher dowload plan, i get more mobile phone usage which i will never use

Re: Response to TPG's new unlimited plans.
they actualy look ok plans. but now i already locked into a mobile contract elsewhere so getting mobile with exetel is not an option. i remember asking if there was mobile deals for exetel customers many months ago, but the answer i got was that exetel already had cheap plans so discount mobile plan...
