Actually the service may be terminated if not used within 2 consecutive months. Refer to "HSPA Order Agreement" on the online order form. I understand that if there is no data usage within a TWO CONSECUTIVE CALENDER MONTHLY period, that Exetel may cancel the service within 30 working days after this...

Thanks for that dazzled. According to that, he should be running at under 78°C so way too hot. Now we'll have to try to determine what's causing it to overheat. It's not ambient temp, as my PCs in this room as well with no problems, and it's air conditioned anyway. There's no dust, he's fastidious ...

They're actually the same, the ones listed in the member's facilities already have the telephone rental cost added to the cost of the ADSL service.

Hi Dov,

What colour signal light were you originally getting when it was working? if you haven't already done so try re inserting the sim into the e169 and see if that helps.

If there are still issues please pm me your service number and i'll look into this problem further.

I'd suggest either emailing provisioning@exetel.com.au or calling them on 0299271000 or 1300 788 141 option 4 for an update on your change of service.
