Hi I am receiving packet loss across my connection, this includes to Google.com and Exetel.com.au. Next Patch
The next Blizz patch should fix the Nagle issue with latency. You can also patch XP so that it does not use Nagles algorithm. Be warned, this will impact your other traffic, e.g. my WoW ping went from 400 to 250-300 but my downloads are about 20% slower now.
