Cancellation request withdrawal

Hi,

I made a mistake by canceling my adsl service yesterday. I've sent emails to provisioning and support hoping that I could reverse it. Anything else that I can do? Could someone on the forum please advise or help?

Thanks a lot.

Re: Naked ADSL2+ Sync Issues

okay but why have I been placed on the 1.5Mps profile all of a sudden? It's been pretty stable with ADSL2+ so far and I haven't logged any faults/complaints...

Cheers,

Naked ADSL2+ Sync Issues

My modem used to be able to sync @ 18000/800 but after the quota reset of the new month (November), it's been syncing at only 1472/256 Kbps. The modem is only able to connect to G.DMT. Isn't it meant to be ADSL2+? Thus I'm only able to download @ 130KB/s and it can't go any higher than that and it's...

no voip service?

Hi, I made my first voip call on saturday since joining Exetel about three weeks ago. I'm not sure why but today when I check the voip meter and service stats, I see this in my members homepage: You don't have VOIP Calling Service with Exetel I'm not sure what the problem is but there's a plan B wit...

Single thread download performance limited

Hi, There's already a post about this on whirlpool related to Internode Naked ADSL2+ but I just wanted to point out that Exetel users are also having similar issues. Downloading from FTP or HTTP using single thread connection is very limited. The max that I can get is 120KB/s on a single thread down...

Telstra Phone Bill

Hi, I just got the phone bill from Telstra and it's looking weird. I activated my land line solely for the purpose of getting Naked ADSL2+ and haven't made any calls. I got charged for both the home line budget plan and connection fee which is about $59. Below are the stats of my service from Exetel...

Re: Slow On-Peak

Here's a second speed test during peak hours:

Test run on 24/07/2008 @ 09:18 PM

Mirror: OptusNet
Data: 15 MB
Test Time: 27.44 secs

Your line speed is 4.57 Mbps (4568 kbps).
Your download speed is 571 KB/s (0.56 MB/s).

Much much slower...

Slow On-Peak

Hi, Just got my service activated a few days ago. It's good overall. I get very good speeds during off-peak and loading web pages is almost instant. However, during on-peak period from 5pm to about 9pm the speeds significantly drop and surfing is slowed. I'm connected to the Unanderra exchange so wo...
