Re: usagemeter_xml.php and billing date changes

Yes, replace usagemeter_xml.php with hspa_usage_xml.php Ok, I have tried a number of times and this simply does not work. TheToid has also tried too with no success. I think there might be confusion here between HSPA and regular ADSL usage metering. As per my original post, the issue is with the us...

Still doesn't work for me.

Just to clarify, is "hspa_usage_xml.php" meant to be the replacement for "usagemeter_xml.php"?

I'm not sure about anyone else here, but usagemeter_xml.php is still incorrect and hspa_usage_xml.php doesn't even work for me (I'm not a HSPA customer, so no surprises there).

Is there still development occurring on usagemeter_xml.php?

Re: usagemeter_xml.php and billing date changes

No, there has been no confirmation from Exetel that the XML data has been corrected.
I just checked and the XML information is still wrong.

I think Chris T was referring to the usage page in the members section, not the XML source.

Re: usagemeter_xml.php and billing date changes

Thats sort of useful for working out the start date, etc.

The problem here is that "<CurrentMonthUsage>" isn't providing the correct values - what we need is a "<CurrentPeriodUsage>"

usagemeter_xml.php and billing date changes

Hey folks, Just wondering if anyone has had problems with the usagemeter_xml.php not returning the correct usage values since their billing date has changed? As an example, here is what I'm getting back when I hit https://www.exetel.com.au/members/usagemeter_xml.php (Irrelevant stuff has been trimme...

Re: Billing Date Change

Obviously you dont get paid monthly and on the first of each month. Trivial? What a joke. I don't understand why you are so outraged by this proposal? I get paid monthly and I budget accordingly. Do you buy your entire months worth of food on the first of each month to ensure you have enough to eat...

Re: Billing Date Change

Is there any chance data usage can/will be reset to match the new billing dates? I couldn't really care less what date I get billed, but if the usage data was to have this same methodology applied, then perhaps it would reduce some of the strain on the network come the end of the month when people s...

Unable to change plans

Hi, There seems to be something wrong with the form used to submit a "Change Plan" in the members facilities. ( https://www.exetel.com.au/members/change_service_plan.php ) I've tried to submit a change for the following services NF/22NOTEL, NF/23NOTEL and each time the "Please Confirm Your Input" pa...

Re: 0.00%

I'm hoping someone might be able to clarify this for me, my off-peak usage seemed to jump up today at around 7pm for seemingly no reason. Is this the system catching up from the past couple of days, or is there a chance something else is amiss? I trend my usage with MRTG using the data from https://...

ADSL2 request rejected [NSW/Kellyville Exchange]

Hi, I'm having some problems with my provisioning request for ADSL2. I spoke to Telstra and they are telling me I'm not on a RIM and that I'm connected to a Pillar off the Kellyville exchange? Below is the most recent response from Exetel Provisioning: ---------------- Dear Sir/Madam, Thank you for ...

Time to change service from ADSL1 to ADSL2

Hopefully someone can answer this for me! I'm wondering how long it takes from the ADSL1 service being cut off to the ADSL2 service becoming active. I use my internet for oncall so I'm trying to work out whether to make alternative arrangements for the few days where my ADSL is being cut over. The c...

From: http://forum.exetel.com.au/viewtopic.php?p=243518#p243518 According to the vendor, the traffic peaks and traffic level between 12 and 1am are unusual and they want to determine what may be the cause before switching to active mode. Out of interest, what turned out to be the cause of the unusu...

Re: Pensioner Broadband Plans?

We have received a number of suggestions that we should offer discounts for pensioners via the suggestion box recently. Our reasons for not doing this in the past have been that we have almost no profit in our broadband offerings as they stand to make any discount. However, if there was a demand we...
