Re: Slow as P2P

Yes, the torrent was from a private site so it may not be the same as a public release. It's a very suitable test if two completely different results are achieved from 2 different ISPs. I've replaced my modem with a spare (different) modem to achieve the same results. I get this speed issue from 2 d...

Re: Slow as P2P

I have a friend using the same private torrent tracker and I, we are both using uTorrent, we both live in the same suburb and both syncing at around the same (~13mbps) and we both have similar speed test results of around ~1.6mb/s. The only difference is that he is with Internode and I'm with Exetel...

Slow speeds

I got home from work this afternoon and noticed that my internet was very slow. I've performed some speed tests to receive lots of mixed results, although pretty much nothing over 3mb/s. http://www.speedtest.net/result/1483981474.png http://www.speedtest.net/result/1483985000.png Exetel speed test a...

Re: Slow speeds

Speeds seem alright at this stage. I'll keep an eye on it.

Thanks!

Thanks. However, I'm not getting any drop-outs or sync issues, just general slow speeds.

I'll keep an eye on over the next few days once this issue gets fixed.

Slow speeds

Today it feels like everything is just generally slow. I can't download at any more than 50kb/s.

When I go to http://www.exetel.com.au/speed/:
Your current bandwidth reading is:
3.23 Mbps

I've rebooted my modem, tried another modem, same thing. Is there any known issue?

This fault has been resolved by Telstra at the exchange.

Turns out some bright spark Telstra tech decided to disconnect me from the DSLAM.

No line sync

G'day, After experiencing constant drop-out since churning to Exetel, I've woken up this morning to find no line sync on my ADSL modem. I unplugged the one-and-only handset on the phone line, rebooted my modem and nothing. I did the same with 2 other brand new modems. I logged a line fault over the ...
