If I use my internal mobile phone web browser am I charged as a WAP download or a GPRS download under Exetel? Can I buy a SIM with a new mobile number, use it for a little while and then later port my old mobile number to the Exetel SIM card and get rid of new number? If I can do I apply for a SIM and select Port or New number? How do I port my old mobile after I get the SIM with new mobile number?

ADSL 2+ exchange availability

Where can I find the webpage on Exetel's website that shows the exchange availability of ADSL 2+ including phone? I am after the availability of the Hurstville exchange.
