I am transferring from a 1500 plan to a ADSL2+ plan, I lost internet yesterday morning but have had sync (at 1500) the whole time. Thanks for the reply! Porting to a VoIP DID and permanently diverting is good enough for me. In fact you should probably just tell people "yes we can port to FoIP" and do that behind the scenes, unless im missing some sort of technical limitation? Only one real query with it now. Can outgoing faxes ...

Porting existing number to inbound Fax->Email number

I sent a message to support asking if this was possible and I was told that it was not, yet there is a few posts on these forums which suggest some people have had their numbers ported in the past. So I guess i'm looking for a second opinion from someone who may be a bit higher up in the food chain....

I submitted a plan change on one of my accounts last Friday (13th) and the speed still has not changed. When should I expect to see it by? End of the week?
