Have been advised by support that as far as the wholesale provider is concerned its all done and dusted. So we all have to do speed tests and log new calls, apparently its the only way they can get AAPT to act. So can everyone please do the speed tests and if they are not what you got prior to migra...

Have tried changing MTU back to 1492 and issue has not been fixed this morning . With MTU at 1400 performance is better but still degraded.

MY email address was still listed under the old service number therefore I was unable to log and or view fault tickets. I wish to log a ticket however when I go to the helpdesk it does not show an email address when I log in . If I "Add a New E-Mail Address" and confirm it accepts confirmation code but does not add email address.
