I have an M15 plan, and noticed that the current billing has 13/1300/1800 numbers listed as excluded costs. My understanding from the description is that these are included along with MMS calls.
Could someone please provide clarification?

HSPA voice usage
Signed up for a CAP35 HSPA account, but how do I keep track of the voice usage? The website charge listing lags behind the calls by a couple of days, and doesn't seem to reflect the CAP nature of the contract. The SIM is being used by my daughter, and I am afraid she may exceed the cap without any w...

Re: Naked ADSL connects with different phone line
Thank you. That makes sense now. I guess the only reason it worked was that I have an Exetel service at home as well.
The IP ping was my mistake. I had keyed in a 3 instead of a 2.
The service fault appears to be due to some new fencework up the street.

Naked ADSL connects with different phone line
My daughter's naked ADSL (at her house) has stopped working and is under investigation, but as a final check I brought her modem to my house, and connected to my phone line. To my great surprise, it synced and connected with her username and password! The connection also has her IP address. We are o...

VoIP disappeared
I had set up a VoIP service a few weeks ago, and hadn't used it for a while. I now see that I don't have a service. My DID number was 0240171915.
Why has it disappeared?

Re: Possible New ADSL2 Plans For New Financial Year
I too am very happy with the service currently provided by Exetel. My only suggestions for improvement would be a proxy server with uncounted downloads, and maybe development of the streaming music and video system we saw glimpses of earlier.

Web hosting service at Exetel with own Domain Name
Almost 2 years ago I registered 2 domain names with NetRegistry. I thought I could use these to setup an email system to direct mail to my Exetel accounts. That turned out too complicated and expensive with them, so I haven't done anything further. I also was thinking about a simple webpage for the ...
