Just a quick question. My billing was changed to 28th of the month so got billed on 28/3/11 as expected. However then got separate bill for phone calls on 1/4/11. I was expecting both internet and landline phone call bills to be on the same invoice as before. Does this mean that they will be separat...

hi,

having the same problem. has anyone solved this yet. if it is a known glitch, i wont bother with a support ticket for now, otheriwse might have to log one.

Changing between most plans doesn't extend your contract. edit: Maybe it does, ForumAdmin's comment conflicts with website. Can ForumAdmin clarify this. hi. not getting much success. after logging my ticket, have tried reducing mtu as instructed and then sent ping and tracer results as below. however not heard anything back. this is kinda disappointing as i have now been without full internet access for nearly 24 hours since changing over. james or ...

hi ,

having same problem here after being upgraded to optus adls2+. fortunately can still open exetel and whirlpool. have lodged ticket 1169619 and followed instructions to reduce MTU to 1400 and then 1300 without success. have not heard any further. can you help?
