Thanks for that. Just confirming its effecting more than "Mackay" as I'm nowhere near there. I'm more south east qld. Should I log a service ticket for this?

Didnt think so. I assume another telstra fault, same as last night. Can this be fast tracked at all? 2 outages in as many weeks is a little excessive.

Hey Support, I have had a case open for 9 days now and have had multiple emails back and forth between myself and support. The issue is that we have line sync but no connections. Exetel support has confirmed the auth requests are not making it to their network which suggests a telstra routing issue ...
