01/11/16 - Initial order date. 09/11//16 - Nothing heard, called for update. Advised activation date of 16/11/16 16/11/16 - FTTN activated. 01/12/16 - Called re: VOIP service , given #10957300. It will show up during the application process only, specific to the selected plan/service.
I understand this but I believe that not all appropriate hardware is shown.

Shouldn't exetel wait on signing contracts until after the ACCC has reviewed the recent anti competitive complaint from Internode & iinet? Or will there be a clause to drop prices depending on the outcome of same?

SUPPORT

Is telephone support open today or have they just forgot to turn off the answering machine. I called just now and am advised that it is outside their business hours.

Locked my sim card & need the PUK number.

Can anyone answer on this?
