A family member made an international mobile call to a mobile in NZ. But the current mobile plan doesn't have any "included value" for international calls. The spend threshold was set to $0. Still waiting for this to be looked into and resolved. No mobile data for 12 days...
I have tried the sim in two different phones (Moto and iPhone) and checked the phones data settings - still no data connection.

Raised a ticket #14823275 two days ago as well and had no response.

No mobile data after schedule change

How long after resetting a schedule does it take to activate? I had a schedule set towards the end of last month to stop going over data quota. Reset everything back to default on Monday (i.e. to allow unrestricted data usage), but I'm getting no data connection. Help?

Hey, just a cheeky question. Is there any loyalty bonus for being a long time customer? (i.e. more than 10 yrs)

Reset my modem and the issues now seems to be gone (only checked a couple of websites so far, problem on iPad is gone too...). So it does look like my moden had been compromised with the dns redirect hack. So lesson learned is to ensure your modem is protected by changing the admin password. Not all...

I have an issue with the "Flash Player Pro" malware. I have run various anti-malware scans and they find nothing. If I try and open google.com I get the pop-up. Other websites are affected too.
