Re: Porting out from Exetel, need my account number
I'm also having the same problem. I have two numbers I'm trying to port and there is an account number associated with each service. But on trying to port I got this email from Exetel: Dear Gene Kindly note that we have received a port out request today to move your number from Exetel to another pro...

Re: Interim payments and unfair SMS blocking
Or am I missing something? If I pay the $10 do I get unblocked and then credited the $9.65 if I make no further international SMS? The Dashboard alert is a bit confusing as it indicates the amount to pay is $10 but clicking on the "Pay more to stay unblocked" link it says Current excess usage $0.35 ...

Interim payments and unfair SMS blocking
I have a question (or perhaps it's just a complaint?) about interim payments to stay unblocked after going over a threshold. Why is it a minimum of $10 interim payment to stay unblocked if you make one erroneous international SMS (value 35 cents) and yet if you don't pay you can be blocked from send...

Pro rata charge on mobile plans?
I'm on an ExeSim Saver mobile plan. My contract end date is on the 5th of the month. Currently the monthly data/call plan resets are on the 1st of the month and I'm billed for that around the middle of the month. If I cancel my plan on any date after the 5th do only get charge pro rata on the days u...

International calls from mobile when not included in plan
A family member made an international mobile call to a mobile in NZ. But the current mobile plan doesn't have any "included value" for international calls. The spend threshold was set to $0. There doesn't seem to be any other way in the Members Facility to stop these calls from being made. Can someo...

Re: No mobile data after schedule change
Still waiting for this to be looked into and resolved. No mobile data for 12 days...
I have tried the sim in two different phones (Moto and iPhone) and checked the phones data settings - still no data connection.
Raised a ticket #14823275 two days ago as well and had no response.

No mobile data after schedule change
How long after resetting a schedule does it take to activate? I had a schedule set towards the end of last month to stop going over data quota. Reset everything back to default on Monday (i.e. to allow unrestricted data usage), but I'm getting no data connection. Help?

Plan not upgraded - Exetel Residential Technical Support #14108954
Hi, Can someone from provisioning please confirm my plan change status? I just upgraded to the 50/20 unlimited plan but I seem to be stuck on the 12/1 plan. I spent an hour on the phone last night with tech support but no joy. Thanks, Gene -- Re: [Exetel Residential Technical Support #14108954] Serv...

Loyalty bonus?
Hey, just a cheeky question. Is there any loyalty bonus for being a long time customer? (i.e. more than 10 yrs)
I'm interested in the "Thrifty Fifty" for $59.99/month but it's only available to "new" customers.
Cheers,
Gene

Mobile billing and porting
What happens to the "prepaid" user access charge on an Exesaver mobile plan if you port away? Billing cycle is middle of the month - e.g. invoice is generated on March 13th and I need pay $X to cover mobile plan for month of April. If I port away between the billing cycle and April 1st is the user a...
