Re: Webmail
Problem solved, I was using Mozilla Firefox when it happened, I also use SWare Iron and have no problem with webmail with it, so it seems to be something about webmail that Firefox can't handle. For email I use Mozilla Thunderbird, I've only reported my Firefox experience because I think Exetel sho...

Still haven't heard anything more about this, how long does it take?kushanw wrote:Hi Tazz,
I have forwarded your request to our Provisioning Team via Ticket ID 7988334. They will get back to you once 'Easycall Call Control' has been turned off.

Re: phone bill
I see in my monthly invoice, my phone has Easycall Call Control, how do I turn that on & off? and what exactly does it do? Hi Tazz, 'Easycall Call Control' lets you restrict the types of calls made from your home phone. Please confirm if you want to turn that off, so we can disable it from our end....

Re: Webmail
My problem with the webmail is that I can't view any folder except the inbox!
I click on one of my created folders, and get a message that I can't view it unless I'm logged in, I go to the login link provided and login again, and I'm once again taken to the inbox!

Re: Usage meter showing zeo
I checked this afternoon and noticed it seemed to be working, but, I just checked again 4 hours later, and found that the numbers haven't changed since, even though I have downloaded stuff.
So, how often is the usage supposed to update?

Re: Usage meter showing zeo
I have the same thing happening, my usage meter is also at zero.
I have rebooted, turned off the router for at least 15mins, etc
And yes I have downloaded a few gig today, and it's still on zero...

In theory, when I have an unlimited account it shouldn't matter, but, I like to know where I'm at.

Re: New ADSL2+ plans for existing customers
New plans look good, I could cut my monthly costs in half, but I have never had a phone with any one but Telstra, if I bundle the phone with Exetel what happens if I have line problems? Won't Telstra still be the ones to come out and check stuff? or check their pits in the street etc? because they ...

Re: Changing DSL supplier in Tasmania...
While it is nice to see some of you getting better results, congestion at peak times is still heavy. Topgun, can you see if iview works around 6pm and speed test around then also? Yep, same here in Launceston. Great from midnight till 7am, slows down a bit during the day, then at 4-5pm when schools...
