Re: Pensioner Broadband Plans?

why not discount pensioners 10 dollars. I see pensioners that struggle allot with rego, rent, food, electricity, clothes, communications. Communications technology means allot to them, I get sad seeing pensioners treated with high cost of living. So yeah 10 dollars cut off would be a big saving to ...

Re: Unlimited ADSL2 Plans

We have decided not to offer an unlimited plan - at least for the time being.

Only two of the users of our current unlimited plans download more than 500 gb a month - the average is less than 100 gb.

Re: Happy new year

Thank you for your support - without it there would be no Exetel.

May you and those close to you have the best year of your lives in 2012.

Re: New low quota Optus plans - OT-5, OT-10, OF-5, OF-10

I apologise for my poor communication skills. I am in no way saying that these plans are uncompetitive. I absolutely agree they are the best priced plans on the market by a long shot. Does on the great deal on ADSL outweigh the negative aspects of the plan? For many people, yes. For some more peopl...

At least as far as Exetel is concerned? I see this offer as a great opportunity for those that are rusted on to a telephon...

Strategic Partnership

Earlier this morning (20th December 2011) AAPT's CEO, David Yuile and Exetel's CEO, John Linton, signed a partnership agreement to more aggressively promote the take up of business data services across the AAPT business data exchange network. The partnership is based on AAPT supporting Exetel to con...

It's impossible to comment on what may happen in twelve months time.

I didn't understand your 'complaint' about the cost of telephone line.

As far as I know it's the lowest of any provider - as are the call charges.

Perhaps you could elucidate?

Re: Any Mobile Deals in the plan? More Zx plans?

The new 'copies' of the Z plans, called ZZZ plans, will be on the user facilities before the end of today.

They will be the same as the Z plans except they will have a 24 month contract.

Re: Any Mobile Deals in the plan? More Zx plans?

It is being discussed.

However it would only be able to be offered on a 24 month contract.

Re: Unlimited ADSL2 Plans

We intend to make a decision by the end of next week. But these plans would only be available on Optus infrastructure at the prices quoted and on AAPT infrastructure at higher prices. How about something like this? You offer unlimited plans for $54.95 on an 12 month contract on the proviso that Exe...

Re: Unlimited ADSL2 Plans

Any updates on if/when such plans may be available? I'm contemplating an upgrade/update from NF/21BYOLINE and would be interested. As far as I can tell, my exchange (Northbridge) only has AAPT or Telstra infrastructure. To be honest, a 20GB plan would be plenty during most months, but it would be n...
