Thanks for the clarification Corey, lucky I didn't wait to put the transfer in, it would be great to be able to switch to ADSL2 but I live in regional Vic and the exchange does not support Powertel and the Optus ports are always full when I check, so simple ADSL wll have to do for me.

Hi was just wondering what will happen to user's that changed over to the TL-C1 after receiving the grandfathered plan increase notice? It's a fine line that has to be trodden. Keeping 'old customers' happy when higher priced plans are introduced by letting them stay on their current plans has to be traded off against not providing 'new values' that are only possible on current plans. We have made a number of changes to the current ADSL1 plans that wil come in to efect in April. Main changes are: 1) 12 midnight to 12 noon allowance increased to 60 gb 3) 100 free VoIP calls to national/local wire line numbers added to all plans No current users of these plans need take any action...

Is the blacklisting as described in this thread http://forum.exetel.com.au/viewtopic.php?t=23320 still in effect under the new off-peak system that includes charges if you go over 72GB.
