Thanks Dazzled, It appears that the social forum itself might be down. I was unable to get through to the social forum using my mobile or the office connection here. Ping tests returns 100% packet loss and the trace stops at 61.155.132.90 probably its down for maintenance or something. However http...

it's an old adsl1 plan TELL 1500/256

and at the start of this year, I was migrated to ADSL2 port

my current sync speed is more than 1500/256

I've checked the meter, and it shows
3.19 GB / 54 GB (5.91%)

why is still 54GB instead of 60GB?

Do you want a PHP script that will do this? Please ask if you do and I'll supply details. I also baulked at the idea of downloading everything and then uploading it.
