Re: Where is eXeSMS?

My original exeSMS 1.5 has finally died overnight. Does version 2.3 exist and still work ? If so does anyone have a download link ? Google only found version 2.2.

Re: Virus/Spam Protection From Exetel

Just checking in for my monthly visit to see if the Exetel SPAM Quarantine portal is working yet and still not working.... Click on 'Quarantine' BUTTON - click on 'Submit Query' BUTTON and browser heads off to this URL and you get a blank screen ? https://cp.mailsentry.net.au/exetel_viewQuarantine.php

Re: Virus/Spam Protection From Exetel

Would someone from Exetel please look at the IronPort Spam Quarantine portal so we can check emails. Whenever you click on an email in the portal to view, you get presented with a username / password screen which takes you no where. Have reported this to Residential Support but no one has a clue... ...

Re: SMS API

The current My Exetel page only lets a user have one API, if you are a corporate data user, you can create as many API accounts as you wish. We cannot even get ONE API created on the My Exetel page for ANY of our clients ??? But you are making progress... today we finally see a DELETE button appear...

Re: SMS API

I hate to sound cynical but yesterday we received an email from Exetel informing us of an SMS price rise.... our customers would be happy to pay 5.5c - 8c an SMS if they could create API accounts ! "We appreciate your support as a valued Exetel customer and hope you have enjoyed the benefits of usin...

Re: SMS API

After 7 weeks since reporting this issue, Exetel report it is working: "Please note user must be having a latest version of a web browser. With old browsers there might be issues." Well we are all at a loss in our office.... We still cannot create API accounts for any of our clients and once again w...

Re: SMS API

We have been waiting about a month for this problem to be fixed. We have several clients in need of this facility but they are fed up with using the 'SMS over Web' page as it takes too long and cumbersome to login and send a text message.

Might be time to look elsewhere...

Re: The Exetel 9+ year club!

I think I must be somewhere near the 'Vintage' club membership too and was an agent there for some part but not any more. Since John Linton's passing Exetel has naturally changed and new management put their stamp on what direction a business heads in. The good old days are gone. I have to say the n...

Re: Webmail Issue?

Since my last post nothing much has changed. From the time you input your username and password, it takes between 30 seconds to one minute to get to the webmail interface, no matter where I access it from ?

Re: Webmail Issue?

Exemail webmail has been running so slow this last week, it is reminding me of the good old 'dial-up' days ? On a few occasions it even resembles the sad old Bigpond bloated webmail interface....

Anyone else experienced the same delay ?

Re: HSDPA Dropouts

Yes, we are having similar problems on 2 x PC's using 4 different modems with 4-5 bar signal strength in Ramsgate NSW. We thought it was isolated to our local tower but not by the sounds of it reading in here... Our modems remain connected to HSPA 2100mhz, they never drop out or go back to UMTS. It ...
