What form do I use for this step?
Perhaps I just fill out a normal signup application?
If so, then how do I indicate that its a transfer from an existing service?

Re: naked ADSL2 VOIP LNP

does any one know about the progress re when porting a Telstra phone number to exetel VOIP when switching to naked ADSL2 will become available? I noticed that one of your competitors (iiNet) is now offering this feature on their sign up page provided your current phone provider is Telstra. Does Exe...

Ah ... Well .. you do incur a $60 connection fee + monthly fee. So the total cost of moving house is up to $301 ! $100 terminate - 1st Exetel contract. $100 activation - 2nd Exetel contract. $15 for 30 hours 2-3 weeks prepaid dialup. $59 Telstra connection fee $27 monthly rental from Telstra (we hop...

If I sign up as a new Telstra customer I may incur additional fees to immediate cancel the service contract ... right?

So am I wiser to sign up with Exetel for the phone service?

Note: Prior to Exetel (at the old postal address) we used Optus wire phone + Optusnet + Optus Mobile.

Moving NOPHONE ADSL2 service to new address.

I currently have a NOPHONE / ADSL2 service from Exetel and I'm moving address (one suburb away) to a new exchange with available ports. I know the phone number used by the previous owner however, they may have had that number redirected so really all I know is the postal address. How can I apply for...

Well in this instance I know it was not spam being sent because we sent it! In fact, a member of my family sent an email (via Outlook using exemail.com.au as SMTP server) to a friend at brisbaneconcertlighting.com and it subsequently bounced. I'm fairly sure that brisbaneconcertlighting.com are conn...

As I read it ... 220.233.0.0 <-- exemail.com.au SPF 220.233.0.3 <-- exemail.com.au actual IP Perhaps exemail.com.au resolves to different IPs depending on which side the firewall you query the DNS? Here's the attachment sent as part of the bounce message. Reporting-MTA: dns; barracuda.aussiehq.net.a...

Oh yeah ... if you've not already done so I recommend this service for testing your mail server profile:

I have no affiliation with or interest in their business.

Bounced mail caused by incorrect IP in exemail SPF record?

We recently received a spam blocked bounced email sent via exemail.com.au SMTP server. The bouncing mail server reported that the exemail.com.au server's SPF record was invalid and hence suspicious. The IP address for exemail.com.au appears to be 220.233.0.3 but this does not appear to match the IP ...

Exetel <=> Exetel faxing should be free.

An Exetel outgoing Fax (sent via email) should really not be charged the 3c if the destination is to a Exetel incoming Fax DID since no real fax needs to be sent or received since it just forwards the email. This will encourage customer loyalty and induce us to get our faxing business friends to joi...

Do get two DIDs or one if using VoIP + Incoming Fax

In other words, will the VoIP DID autodetect a Fax?
