Re: Any known issues on HFC 2NRYD?
ok, all connected again now. Thanks for your help.
Fortunately the modem reset didn't wipe the DMZ/route config I had so it was able to reconnect to my other systems after the reset.

Any known issues on HFC 2NRYD?
Hi there, are there any known issues with HFC NBN in the North Ryde NSW area? Broadband light on modem blinking. Tried turning off NBN and ZTE modem for 5 minutes and back on again, still not getting solid broadband light, intermittent blinking.
Thanks
Scott.

This menat I was getting two invoices (which is fine) However I have now disconnected the ADSL service, but the VoIP plan that was connected to it is still appearing on an invoice all by itself and is in a d...

How to cancel my old ADSL service?
Greetings, My NBN connection is fully established and rock-solid, so I'd like to cancel the old ADSL service I had kept active. I can't find a way to do it in the My Exetel site, and I'm not sure which queue I should log the call against to request it. I also have a VoIP service attached to my accou...

Thanks,
PM sent. I also got the notice this morning that my service was "active" and did the request in the account settings as well.

IPv6 /56 subnet?
Greetings, I was looking through the settings options on my new NBN service and noticed an option in IPv6 to switch to a /56 subnet. I'm curious what this option is for? Does it give me more than one IPv6 address or something to do with routing capabilities? I only have a very basic understanding of...

NBN HFC and port forwarding
Greetings all, I've just had my NBN HFC connected and things are going well, but I seem to have an issue with port forwarding and I wanted to check if it was my particular setup or a known issue. So a sanity check if there is anyone else using port forwarding on NBN HFC without issues (??) I still h...
