Greetings, Sometime in the last week we noticed that no incoming calls are working. Outbound calls work, and the ATA shows connected and "Registered", but incoming calls just go to the Exetel voicemail system and the VoIP ATA doesn't even seem to see it at all. Decided to try a "turn it off for 15 minutes" reset after all and things are looking better now. I'll let you know if problems return tomorrow.

issues with ADSL in NRYD

My adsl is reporting sync and appears to be ok, but I have no access to anything past my router. I cant connect to Exetel dns or even ping it by up address. I can ping my static up, and that's as far as it goes. Is there an issue in the Exetel network? I don't want to reboot my router yet because th...

VoIP billing usage units wrong?

Greetings,
Looking at the member facilities usage for my VoIP service and it shows a single call for $0.09 in the totals, but the itemised call list reports it as $9... It looks like it is showing a value of cents and not converting to dollars in the list?

Seems to have started working again in the last half hour. Looks like it went down around 3am.

service desk is closed, press hash to leave a message

When calling to report a fault when the service desk is closed, you are given a message that says "press hash to leave a message".

However, pressing hash will hang up the call.

Please update the message to say "*after* leaving a message, press hash"

Looks like the authentication services have crashed again. This seems to be happening every few months now.

adsl NRYD no authentication

About 5:30am service dropped out. Router reporting incorrect username or password. Looks like the auth services are busted again.

I called (02)80301000 at around 8:15am today then selected "2, 2" in the menus.
