VoIP messages can be retrieved by dialling 121 from your voip phone. If you want to use your own msg bank, you need to setup the hardware to intercept call before 40 sec call divert to our voicemail.

There has been an outage with the mobile phone calls yesterday. I have reroute those calls to another carrier and logged a fault to our supplier to get the problem fixed. at the same time, the 13, 1300 and 1800 also have the same symptom this morning. There has been an outage with 13, 1300 & 1800 numbers which I have already escalated this fault with our supplier this morning. At the moment, I have re-route 13 & 1300 numbers call to an alternative carrier until this issue resolved. I'm still working on the 1800 as I'm having difficulty with the p...

Sending Fax from voip is still at premature stage. I've tested with v210 previously. It work but intermittently.
New sip server was in placed on 15 Aug replacing our old server. Could you please try again if that work or not? please try with G.711 codec with 20ms packet interval.

That's right, depending on hardware. Most new IP Phones nowaday have Line 2.
e.g. Xlite also do allow secondary line for incoming when busy.

We no longer offer DIDless number due to legal requirement. DID will be your only choice. Most software notably Xlite & Ekiga work with us, Skype will not work though.

If you have multiple machine registered with same SIP details at the same time, it will not work very well, because the server doesn't know which end client to terminate the calls. Sometime it may work due to sip registration timeout, but still not flexible.
