Re: Incoming 1300 number

It is my understanding that 1300 numbers are portable. For instance I transferred ours from Telstra to Southern Phone. Can I transfer our 1300 to Exetel or just to our DID?

Re: Outlook

Eureka
BRIA FOR OUTLOOK is a goer. All that is required is a Dialling Plan the removes the Brackets ie (02)12345678 from the dialler.
Any Dialling Plan wizards around?

No Reply to inbox etc. Have sent PM's and no one at Exetel is replying. In desperation Tried sending pages as TIFF. That was ...

Has Exetel considered supplying a TIFF converter program for its email to fax users. Faxaway.com appears to have one that works very well?

Re: email2fax problem

This seems to be alot of work just to send a fax? Especially so considering the list of file formats supposedly recognised for fax transmission. It would appear users require: 1. Acceptable Downsampling rates. 2. Acceptable File formats 3. Acceptable Page formats and margins 4. Acceptable Fonts 5. A...

Re: Email2Fax Service

Hi
William. M asked us to send our faxes via PM/email to him for vetting. Over 12 days and no reply despite numerous attempts to contact. Hence I am getting impatient and our marketing campaign is failing objectives.

Re: Email2Fax Upgrade?

Correct Formats??? ie we started sending with success 10 months ago then something changed in exetels systems as our formats did not change and then reject after reject. We would have to then PM to exetel they wave majic wand and then presto fax goes through. ??

Cheers Mixer
We have Abobe Acrobat Standard 6.0 and for good measure Nitro pdf pro. We have also tried sending in word and excel still no glory.
I have continually asked for concise instructions to no avail.
