Hi Andrew, Our supplier has done some changes to the line. I have sent you an email with some additional information as well. Regards Asanka Whatever they have done has made no difference. We have been having the same issues with an exetel wholesale migration. No internet -> pppoe to pppoa -> drops outs -> slow internet speeds --> call exetel service -> slower internet than before Yep, this has been going on every since the changeover. Hi,

The connection is working again, thank you.

The speed however is even worse, it's now connected at 3274kbps when it used to be around 4500.

What is causing the sudden drop in speed?

I have exactly the same issue in Newcastle. I am connected but can't get anywhere.

My tracert stops at 230.233.1.1
