Hello, I have had an issue with certain 13xxxx numbers not answering with voip. When i call on the pstn or using mobile the automated system answers. How about making the naked plans more attractive with higher limits or dedicated pools for faster speeds? Any idea on when the current ADSL2 inc phone users can change to naked ADSL2 without having two weeks of downtime and penalties?
Also, who services the line when I have no connection? e.g. if there is a problem in my line, or as more often happens, a problem in the telstra box in the street.

great idea. i have been waiting for this. Telstra phoned yhis week and offered to match exetel email package, but i refused because of the exras you guys offer. Fax top email is key for me. Love your work!

My contract with exetel expired a few months ago, and I am still using the service. I hope i will not need to enter another contract period to change to the naked plans.

Is this a fax from email service, or can we get a fax to our email (ie people fax to a number, and the fax is converted to a pds and emailed to us)?
