The carrier's boundary/demarcation point socket (first outlet) has been replaced after your tech advised it was corroded. Speeds now just over 1Mb thank you!

Hi, any updates as yet. Tests run over the weekend report speeds between 100kbps to 400kbps. Would Exetel have a 3G loan router I could borrow until the issue is resolved as we as a family rely on this connection for business and school work and this is dragging on. Received a phone call from Exetel saying some changes have been mad on the line and to run speed test. Test results range from 150kbps to 400kbps. Rang to update the call and they asked me to remove my filter and call back. Rang to advise I have removed filter, no change to speed test. Waiting... wi...

I cant borrow a modem to test this line, I'm going to cancel my service and go to another wireless provider.

I'm not sure what you mean by the appropriate advise was given to you by your engineer, my problems not fixed and I have done all the test and changes as requested. Hi,

I have relocated the router to be closer to an outlet using a 1m lead, connect status has not changed. Exetel speed tests are currently all around 650kbps.

Sounds interesting.
I think you need to range packages to suit different user types i.e light normal heavy.

Plenty of people have a work mobile, but plans for the dear wife and maybe a kid or two plus internet on top. Id be interested a adsl2/mb package not exceeding $60 for very light use mb.

No problems with me, lets the late nighters go for it till 2am, I'll set downloads to kick off at 2am.. everybody's happy..and hey I guess we all benefit next day till 2pm..If it helps Exetel and it doesn't impact me.. I'm ok with it!! At the end of the day for me I get two more everyday usable hour...
