Re: This is a Good usage meter works well with Exetel

Now the billing period starts on the 14 of each month, the usage in my account have reset, but in Firefox Net Usage it is still showing usage prior to 13 Jul. I have set Start Day of Month to "14".

Anyone getting their NetUsage displaying their post 14 Jul usage correctly?

Re: Usage differences?

According to this thread, for the month of July, the ADSL usage resets on 14 Jul correct? i.e. if my peak quota is 75GB, it should go back to 0GB on 14 Jul, which is what I'm seeing in my online account. I had been shaped earlier this month (due to the usage exceeding the pro-rataed quota between 1-...

Re: Line sync, but no connection.

I'm in the St Leonards (NSW) exchange and I have the same issue since early evening yesterday, and a case is logged with support. Last night (10:45pm) support advised me that there was an network issue at the Optus end and was already fixed. Reset my modem to factory default but still same issue. Th...

Has anyone tried to port away from Exetel for one month, then port back to Exetel so they only pay $20 activation fee? Or I wonder if this is too much hassle compared to paying $50 plan change fee... :|

Included calls in current VoIP plans

Current VoIP RV plans has included calls - "x number of Included Untimed Calls To All Landlines and non-Exetel VoIP services within Australia" I wonder if 13/1300 calls are counted as included calls, since they are technically untimed...? Though I doubt it since they are $0.30/call whereas physical ...

Re: OCV200/35 plan renewal query - mobile component

I'm in the same boat as OP in that I'm currently on OCV200/19 that has expired 1/02/2012. I wish to change ADSL component to an OT plan which is available in my members facilities page now. What would happen to the bundled /19 mobile plan once I change ADSL - will I be contacted by Exetel to select ...

Re: July Z* mobile specials

I am porting my number from Optus prepaid. Activated my Exetel sim at around 1pm today, the old sim is still alive at 10:30pm. Doesn't it normally take at most 4 hours? I would wait overnight but just in case it doesn't port tomorrow morning I don't want to be stuck with a prepaid sim that can't mak...

Re: July Z* mobile specials

My partner and I are considering switching to one of the July special Exetel Z* plans, probably Z15. We are current Exetel ADSL customers, the service is in her name and I'm listed as an authorised representative. Both of us would require number porting (Optus prepaid and Vodafone postpaid). Can we...

Re: Mobile spend thresholds on Optus

Yes, you could have a mobile spend threshold and to get to this option, once you log in to the member's area of the mobile service, click on "Mobile Broadband/Mobile"(on the left hand side menu) and then click on "Mobile Spend Threshold" I'm logged into Members Facilities. I mouse over "Manage Serv...

Can someone advise where I can set the spend threshold on mobile services?
I tried looking in Member's Facilities but can't seem to find such option.
I'm on the CAP plan.

Order VoIP

I believe under the Order VoIP tab in Members Facilities, the "Included Minute Plans" and "No Included Minute Plans" links are supposed to be the other way around.

Re: Siemens VoIP/PSTN handsets

I am also very interested in ordering the Siemens IP handsets, and would like to know the answer to Niloc's question.
Is there a response yet, CorporateVoIP?

Also is there any shipping fee? Currently on the order page it doesn't mention any.
