Hi Shoner . I have downloaded Thunderbird . Same Problem . An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: relay not permitted. Please check the message recipient (nameremoved)@exemail.com.au and try again . I just checked my "email account" ... . Exetel ... log in with my wireless ...

if you merely updated your existing email accounts by editing the SMTP server details (pretty normal thing to do really) to suit the new server requirement then I suspect something has gone wrong in the process, . In reply to your other two questions: have you only ever had a Wireless service with Exetel? . I had ADSL2 for six+ years . I have been on wireless for approx 11 months . Have you changed plans recently? . No … but recently cancelled VOIP … but had trouble doing so … when I tried to cancel I receive...

The "test message" has always worked since i have been testing since the problem occured . The only error messages given is when I use Express ... Might be a silly question, but are you usign your Exetel connection to send this email? . It was not an email (I assume "usign" was meant to be "using") . It is a Forum Post . Hi, I have just received a phishing email from the USA Tax Dept (besides the spelling mistakes) this made it easy to spot. . But what concerns me is that the cc listed twenty (20) Exetel members email addresses. . All starting with the letter "B" and appear to be genuine email addresses. (see below)...
