I hung in there with all the calls in the queue. Person was quite unhelpful but I did get my VoIP password reset and that fixed it. It had never changed but something on Exetel's end obviously did. All working with the new password now.

Re: VoIP registration not working
I too am having this problem from approx the same date.
I've called support but 18 in the queue. I think you have an unrelated outage happening at the moment.

Re: Any plans for better mobile phone plans?
What about now? Any plans to amend your mobile plans? They're getting quite old...
Your ExeSim Plus plan is $49 for 3GB.
Telstra have a month to month $50 plan with 5GB given.
Thanks,
T.

Re: Porting number away from Exetel
This is not available for free viewing. You will need to contact Exetel to obtain the account number and will be provided after completing the verification process. You may call us on 0280301000 or 1300788141 and select option 2. Thanks, angelos. I called Support last night and the number he gave m...

Re: Pro-rata when porting mobile away from exetel?
Could we please get an answer on the forum here advising if pro-rata is refunded instead of "we'll get billing to contact you"? That's the whole point of a forum. To share commonly asked answers to avoid support calls/cases.

I did wonder if any Loyalty Program members got terminated...
How many members are still current/exist out of the first thousand that joined?

Re: Weird Voip calls.
Well after much playing around, it seems port triggering was the answer. This blocks all random inbounds and the voip keepalive I'm assuming keeps it open for legit calls from Exetel's VOIP server.

Re: Weird Voip calls.
Is there a way to block all port 5060 stuff except from Exetel's voip server? How would I write a router firewall rule for that? Actually instead of port forwarding to my voip ata, if I setup port triggering instead will that limit the script kiddies but still allow voip to function okay? Thanks, T.

Re: Years of Service Discount
The pioneer discount applies regardless of what plan you are on. Unless you already have some other discount on the account OR you no longer have a broadband service with Exetel. (Mobile and VOIP only here nowadays as I moved and ADSL was full of dropouts/slow speeds) I've been denied a veteran dis...
