I think EromalR already had it sorted as it was correct after his post.

Re: Fax pricing question

No worries. It was just a typo/old information then. :)

Fax pricing question

Is this just outdated price information or is this a different service/app?

FoIP Application included – 7 cents per fax sent

Re: Price Increase Of $5.00 per Month On All Old ADSL Plans

The last 8mb port price I heard was around $57.20 (inc GST).

Add overheads, support, data etc, will escalate pretty quickly.

Re: admin fee for payment using creit card or direct deposit.

I am now on D/22INCTEL, which is NF/22INCTEL but still under contract. I was charged the $3 "Account Administration Charge" for the first time today. I will assume this was an error in one of their "IF" statements in the billing program not being updated but I shall email billing anyhow. Get prepare...

VOIP meter - speed of updates

Is it just me or is the VOIP meter slower to update now? I'm sure previously it used to be almost 'real-time'. ie. Make a call, go in and check, and it was there. Now it seems to take the usual 1 day or so to update. (as in wait for download from the supplier) No big deal, just wondering if I'm off ...

Re: Optus blocks Android App Store -- Does Exetel's HSPA?

It is a limitation of the Optus information encoded onto the SIM, exacerbated by the information I provided previously.

Re: Optus blocks Android App Store -- Does Exetel's HSPA?

I still can't see how they are allowed to do this to their resellers and wholesale customers though. How is this anything to do with the network at all? Everything points to it being something in the Optus firmware that checks the property you've set before allowing access. It points to some agreem...

Re: Optus blocks Android App Store -- Does Exetel's HSPA?

Purchased from Harvey Norman. Unlocked. Optus does not supply the device, nor do any other Australian carriers currently. It comes with the standard international ROM. There is currently no such thing as an Optus ROM.. Paid apps are blocked by the 'carrier' settings. If you 'root' your phone, thus g...

Re: Optus blocks Android App Store -- Does Exetel's HSPA?

I'm using an Android HTC Hero with the Exetel HSPA Sim and paid apps are still blocked by Optus. The reason they did this was so they could have their own Optus store, which incidently is not accessible from this phone .. http://www.optus.com.au/appstore The only workaround is to 'root' (jailbreak) ...

Re: New ADSL1 Plans

I'm on the TL-BC plan, if I change to the TL-C3 plan will I lose my 100 free VOIP calls and my free SMS's? As mentioned earlier, with current prices TL-C2 is $3 cheaper for you if you download the 50GB. If you don't download the max, potentially even cheaper. On current prices there is no reason fo...

Re: New ADSL1 Plans

For the 1.5KB Heavy User Plans:

$0.50 GB excess makes the TL-C2 $55 plan the cheapest (except for the unlimited which is better value once you hit the 206GB peak mark).

The rest of the plans are more expensive for the same amount of data..

Re: Revisions To ADSL1 Plans

I have ADSL1 & an HSPA $5/mnth plan. Both logins show the same VOIP account and usage meter. Will I get? 1. 200 free calls 2. 100 free calls. 3. 200 if I open another VOIP account Awesome stuff. Might have to ditch my $5/month plan with PT. edit: O bugga, I think I'm on an old plan anyhow.
