Need help accessing my webspace. Edit: got it!

Edit: figured it out! :) Hi, I uploaded a few things to my complementary Exetel webspace earlier this year and last. Here's the link: http://home.exetel.com.au/bmgoau/ Is this service still available? My webpages are there and accessible over the web, but I cant seem to connect to home.exetel.com.au...

This is fixed.
Wow, fast work.

How long until you change the OT* plans on member facilities to the new OT*C plans from the front page?

Re: Please Use This Thread To Advise Exetel Of Typos/Errors

Inconsistent Pricing Definition on Change Service Commit Page In 'User Facilities' under 'Change Service' the 'Monthly Access Charge' prices do not match those on the 'confirmation page' under its' 'Monthly Access Charge' column. Here are images of what I'm talking about: Change Service Page: /memb...

Re: Problem changing my ADSL2 plan.

I hadn't noticed that. There is a monster thread at https://forum.exetel.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=303&t=13184 for notifying website glitches, which is closely monitored by the website staff. It would be best if you explain the confusion there, where I know it will be dealt with, rather than here. Tha...

Re: Problem changing my ADSL2 plan.

Please refer to https://forum.exetel.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=288&t=36867 Thanks. I'll be patient. What can you say about the 'Access Charge' price confusion on the confirmation page for plan changes. This is obviously a minor error on Exetels part, are you able to forward it to their Web development...

Problem changing my ADSL2 plan.

I've been with Exetel for about 3 years now and I am currently on their (now defunct) Z/23INCTEL plan. I pay $30 for line rental and $55 for ADSL as a package totalling $85. Now, I've decided I want to save some money and go down onto their new OTCC plan for $70 a month, $40 access and $30 line rent...

Re: Z/ULINCTEL++ and other Unlimited plans question

Hi Corey, I think the problem is that Exetel DONT mention their policy with regard to unlimited plans in their acceptable use policy page: http://www.exetel.com.au/a_acceptable_use.php. But they DO explicitly mention 'uncharged' plans. The two are very different. So what the community wants from exe...

Re: Z/ULINCTEL++ and other Unlimited plans question

The following is an except from Exetels Acceptable use policy. It makes a direct mention of "uncharged" plans but no, i repeat no, mention of an acceptable use policy on "unlimited" plans. Exetel reserves the right in their contract to disconnect you for any reason they choose (all ISP's reserve thi...

Z/ULINCTEL++ and other Unlimited plans question

have a question concerning Exetels off peak unlimited plans and the new invitation only Z/ULINCTEL++ plan. What does "unlimited" mean to Exetel? It rarely (ever?) means really unlimited, i have heard the number 86 GB thrown around a lot, but im not sure if that's related. So my question: To what deg...

Offpeak Unlimited + New Month + Public Holiday = Congestion

Things are pretty slow at the moment across the board: http://forums.whirlpool.net.au/forum-replies.cfm?t=1416003 It also looks like Exetels backbone has hit a new peak: http://public.mrtg.exetel.com.au/bwsummary/total-supplier-bandwidth.html Where last weeks peak traffic was around 4.5 Gb/s, today ...

Speed Degradation - Corrimal

Connection is extremely slow this morning, friend up the road on same exchange and on exetel is also having serious problems. Also to quote another user from Wollongong speed degradation thread: I'm also on the Corrimal exchange and being slowed down to snails' pace. Seems Corrimal is half dead... S...

Re: Tracker connection issue

I have been trace routing connections to popular public trackers which i wont name here and after they pass exetels network they drop. It could be upstream?

Thanks for looking into it.

Tracker connection issue

Im on exetel, since yesterday i havnt been able to make any connections to trackers, specifically public ones. I have been using bittorrent for years and never seen anything like this. At the moment im relying on the distributed network for peers. I run an ipcop box with all the right routes and for...

Re: Slow speeds

What is going on? Honestly, theres proof enough that theres a problem with the exetel network. Clearly its variable throughout the day and effects some users and not others. I don't mind if it takes a while to fix, i just want to know what is causing it.
