Re: How to improve ping on ADSL2+ ?

Corey,

Thanks for your reply :)

So you are saying, the only way for me to go back to having the better ping is to go back to ADSL1?

Is there anything that Exetel can do to reduce my ping?

Cheers

Re: ADSL2 drop outs

Hey guys, thank you very much for the replies. Dazzled, the two status pages were taken about 5 min apart. One was when the modem first connected back up, and the other was about 5min after that, you can see it on the 'elapsed time'. Here is that status from this morning: http://img828.imageshack.us...

ADSL2 drop outs

Well we are currently having some drop outs with our connection. We only just upgraded to ADSL2 last week, but when we were on our 8Mb connection we would get drop outs as well. They are fairly random, as in no set times. It can be a couple of days between dropouts, and then you can get 5 in 5 min. ...

Re: Slow ADSL 2 speeds

Im not sure if it is just me, but i feel that speed issues have been more frequent over the past couple of weeks.

Not to mention, today the speed isn't any better :?

Image

I am pretty sure that speeds like this are below Exetel's minimum guarantee......

Re: Slow ADSL 2 speeds

Sorry to jump in on this thread, but my speeds have been very average today. Under the minimum that Exetel states....
