VOIP - Incoming Calls don't Work

Hi,

My VOIP outgoing works fine but I can't ring into it. when I dial the number it just stays silent no ringing or anything (either on the phone or at the other end).

Any ideas on a remedy?

Cheers
Damien

VOIp

Is there anyway to kick start it? I've been connected for a day now but Exetel still isn't registering it as complete, but I'd like to get my VOIP up and running as I can't make calls on my PSTN.

the default username and password don't work for me...

so if my telephone number was (and its not) 0893329999 and my street name "JOHN"

then my username would be 020893329999 and the password 020893329999JO

I submitted my application for naked after disconnecting ADSL2+ with iinet. But it got rejected due to complex services.

How can I tell i've been fully disconnected from iiNet (cabels and all).

- what is the process like? do I have to cancel my iiNet ADSL2 first and then apply Exetel or can I apply to Exetel and have it move forward from there?
I'd also like some clarification on the process of switching to EXETEL naked from an iinet DSLAM service (ADSL2+)
