XBL Issues

I've been having issues with XBL this evening, I can connect to games fine, however, I'm solidly red barring, even though I'm playing on local hosts. It almost seems like there's some kind of prioritisation going on that's causing my issues. Browsing / Downloading seems to be running normal, and Spe...

Re: Change In Off Peak/Peak Times

Clearly, there will always be a peak usage time in a day. This can not be eliminated, only shifted. If the 2am onwards time slot is currently underused, then subsequent to this change it is likely to become the new peak. It doesn't take a genius to figure out that one. It doesn't take a genius to f...

Re: Change In Off Peak/Peak Times

Exetel. Thankyou. In the 4 years I have been with you, my biggest pain point has been that come midnight, Xbox Live seems to suffer. You guys have done a lot of work in the past to help improve this for me, which has been appreciated, but I think pushing back the Off Peak window will be of the great...

Re: Issues with Routed /24

My Routes seem to have started working again.

Is it possible to find out what happened?

Issues with Routed /24

I was wondering if something has changed which would affect my routed /24?
As of 1900 this evening, anything on my /24 isn't able to get any further than Exetel addresses.

I tried to raise a Service Fault, who suggested I email Hosting@ but I was hoping a message here might help.

Re: Possible Change To Off Peak Period

Sounds like a good idea, Set it up!

Hopefully it means I can get another 2 hours of gaming in before I start red-barring.

Re: Cisco 837 and XBOX Live

Good find, unfortunately it was just a typo that I made when as I was updating my running config to show the NAT rules I had been playing with.

I ended up finding a work-around, I will post a config once it's all up and going.

Re: Cisco 837 and XBOX Live

10.1.1.3 is the static ip of the Xbox.

I'm at a loss, I guess I will keep trying things until I get it working, in the mean time, I may have to swap back to my DLink when I play on Xbox Live.

Re: Cisco 837 and XBOX Live

I'm no where near my 837, but I had an old config which I updated to closely match the current config - but there may be a few things out of place. To date, I've followed nearly every 837 / XBL guide I could find, but have had no success in getting the Xbox to report Open NAT. I have also tried to p...

Cisco 837 and XBOX Live

Has anyone got a config for an 837 that fully works with Xbox Live?
I have setup the port forwards as suggested, however the console is still reporting "Moderate NAT".

I almost think it would be easier to buy a block of IP's and give it it's own real world IP. Do Exetel still sell blocks?

Re: Payments via AMEX

Well in that case, why not offer AMEX and charge the Merchant Charge to the Client.

Payments via AMEX

I read in a previous post that you were not intending to provide AMEX as an option due to the 3% Charge, is there any chance of this changing now that the Exetel monthly administration fee has risen?

HSPA Billing Anomaly.

I was just looking in the HSPA Memebers Facility at my Invoices and notice that the Invoice at 2008-09-25 says $0, however the monthly access fee was still charged to my credit card at that time.
