Re: Auth issue

Yeah, setting are correct and unchanged.

After a couple of wrong-number phone calls, I've figured out that my line's been crossed. No doubt that would do it, so I've lodged a ticket.

Auth issue

Anyone else having auth issues? Checked my login information is correct and log into member services fine. I've tried isolating and with another modem with the same auth failure.

Exetel's Telstra Reseller Account number

In light of the administration charges, i'm looking as switching to another phone/adsl provider and in order to keep my number, i am told i need to get your Telstra Reseller/Wholesaler account number. How would i go about getting this?

Apologies if this is the incorrect location to post.

Cheers

Re: slow speeds

I find that somewhat hard to swallow considering it got somewhat better yesterday afternoon, increasing for me from 300kb/s to 2000kb/s, and the issue is occurring again this morning, down to 200kb/s to US mirrors.

Re: slow speeds

Yeah, I've also been having similar issues today. 5000kb to local mirrors and exetel nodes, but only 300kb overseas

Yep noticed I had dial tone and the new adsl2+ connection around 2pm Saturday.

Thanks for your help and prompt response. I was worried that it would take longer, so a big two thumbs up from me.

Well, seems telstra tried to switch me over last night, but something stuffed up and I no logger have dial tone, yet still have sync with the existing adsl.

Opened a ticket and was informed some testing will take place.

Well, Telstra checked my account and reckons they dont have any of their codes on it, so it might be from someone else.

It's scheduled to be connected tomorrow so here's hoping it'll be fine.

Hmm, Pav replied to email of mine saying it shouldn't have an effect on the activation of my service.

Might double check with telstra though, wont hurt.
