Re: ADSL2+ on Telstra Exchanges

I too am very interested in this. I have been a customer since the very beginning but left to Internode for their TW ADSL2 some 6 months ago. I still have my wireless connection but would love a TW ADSL2 plan from exetel. I am not a heavy downloader at all, but am after speed (was 8192 with exetel b...

User Facilities

I was just checking my usage etc for my adsl connection and was browsing through the other 'services' i have at the moment and thought it would be great if somehow my HSPA connection could be included under my general ADSL login. Without refering to the setup email there is no reason for me to remem...

There were quite a few points where i was achieving 2-4Mbit on the road as opposed to my varying speeds here in Wagga. There are times that im getting the equiva...

Re: HSPA speed disappointing

Im currently downloading the hspa_maps.pdf file, and by the looks of it Wagga is a 2100 area. And the connection peaked at 80KBs but 99% of the time is sitting between 0 and 2.

Re: HSPA speed disappointing

Nah it says HSDPA (most of the time, i have noticed in one of the locations it dropped back to WCDMA occasionally) Im not sure how to tell if its 2100 or 900? Being regional/country its likely to be 900 i think. One of the locations is in the main st, infact the locations are across all directions r...

HSPA speed disappointing

I recently signed up to the PAYU HSPA plan and the speed has not met expectations. I understand the nature of wireless etc, but im only receiving 1-3 KBs on the E169 supplied. The signal strength is generally good (80-97%), many websites time out, even the exetel flash page. I have tried it in many ...
