Same here. Miranda exchange NSW.stevebow wrote: PPPoE authtication back up now, at around 1.30am this morning (3/2/15).
Was the problem actually fixed this time or is it an intermittent issue that has "come good" for now?

Re: No ADSL synch in Pyrmont
I was actually up last night during the outage, which seemed to be NSW-wide. Has Optus provided an explanation yet?

Re: Speeds slowed right down recently
I have the same problem, with speed being capped at around 80KB/s.
The slow down started after midnight. It was fine on Aug 24.
Edit: And seems fixed right after I posted this. Amazing.

Cannot access http://u.115.com
Can anyone access the site?
http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com says the site is up, so it's just me. I'm wondering if the site is blocking Exetel or Exetel is blocking the site.

How to activate CLI facility?
Since migrating from Exetel's legacy Vodafone plan to new Optus V9 I've noticed that the person I am calling cannot see my number. Exetel support page says "Ensure you have the CLI facility active", but how do I do it?

Re: Link to Optus V9 details?
Thanks, in that thread ExetelVoice said "Once the Call and SMS $value are exhausted, the rates are:
$0.99 per minute on the V9, V19 and V34 plans"
So, naturally the next question is, what's the call rate before $value is exhausted?

Link to Optus V9 details?
Today I ported my legacy Vodafone mobile service to Optus V9, but after re-reading Exetel's email, I realise the email contains no details about the call charges of the Optus plans, and I can't locate the information on Exetel's website or within Members Facilities. Maybe I just didn't look hard eno...

Yes it's dong it again. Because today is the last today of the current billing cycle, I'll submit a ticket if it does not resolve soon.

Re: New $3 surcharge
The admin fee is hidden among items that show up if you click "For other charges that may apply to ADSL plans please click here".
To put it mildy, I think Exetel has misclassified the admin fee.
