Re: Usasge meter no longer working

James
Can you at least ask your "developers" to change the error message from
"error=Incorrect User/Pass" to something like
"xml service no longer available"

This would save the other .69% of us from spending hours trying to get our parsers working on data that isn't even accessible anymore.

Re: usagemeter_xml.php and billing date changes

Wow it is fixed.
[sarcasm] That didn't take too long.[/sarcasm]

Thanks to thejeg and shoner for staying on it. I think i'll pass on complementing the dev team.

Re: usagemeter_xml.php and billing date changes

Time for a bump on this issue?
usagemeter.php and usagemeter_xml.php still not reporting values correctly (based on billing cycle)
3 months now and still waiting though probably not as patiently as I should ;)

Any updates from dev team?

Re: usage meter and billing

The members usage page is correct and turns over on your new billing date.
If you're using a 3rd party usage meter, the usage will be out of whack because exetel are yet to match up the various php pages that these usage meters rely on. We're told that these will be fixed but who knows when.

Re: when does the usage metering rollover

unfortunately it is not quite fixed yet. usagemeter.php and usagemeter_xml.php still need to rollover with the new individual billing cycles. Most (if not all) of the 3rd party apps and scripts use this data so there are a lot of broken meters out there. Are the webdevs aware of this? edit: seems th...

Re: usage meter issue 5/04

:( I have a ticket going now so I'll keep you all posted on how that goes. Update: My usage for the period in question has been corrected. Must have been some issue with the usage meter as we thought. My ticket is still open. I didn't get a response on it. Anyone know if I have to close it manually ...

Re: Migration Of ADSL1 Customers To Optus ADSL2

Thanks Exetel. Took the offer. All done. Application on 4/3 and cutover 18/3 Few hours downtime but I wasn't home so who cares? Painless :) Edit: Something has come up. I have been charged pro rata for March on the new plan. Haven't I already paid for March? I thought this move was supposed to be at...

High overnight usage figures

According to the usage meter, during the previous (4/2/09) offpeak period, I downloaded about 4 times what is physically possible on my plan. My upload figures are bloated as well for the same period. Appreciate if someone could investigate. If this keeps up, I'll have used up my monthly allowance b...

Re: Report Broken Links/Failed Web Functions Here

FYI The "Customer Usage Query" function at the bottom of the home.php page is broken. On submit a javascript error "Error: start_day_search_key is not defined Source File: https://www.exetel.com.au/members/home.php Line: 545" in firefox and IE (line 548 char 9) It works fine on the home_details.php ...
