WARNING - for people with Billion modems suffering the 7 rings/busy fault When you ring someone VoIP to PSTN or mobile, hangup after 6 rings, if the called number doesn't answer. Have had problems with the Open 824 losing authentication over the last few days including today at 2 different locations, it seems similar to the problems we had a few months ago. Is this issue being look at by Exetel as it seems to be a problem in this thread with open and billion modems. I will ...

Have had problems with the Open 824 losing authentication over the last few days including today at 2 different locations, it seems similar to the problems we had a few months ago.
Is this issue being look at by Exetel as it seems to be a problem in this thread with open and billion modems.

I changed plans at the beginning of last month and kept my VOIP number and now just pay for outgoing calls and SMS.

I am currently on Nonphone Z plan which incurs a $3 admin and looking to move to NAK2C plan, am I right in assuming that the admin fee is included in plan price and not $3 extra for the new plans ? And there is no break of contract ($100) for changing plans within the same group of plans? Thanks in...
