In relation to the $10 fee increase and the offer of OCV plans, how long do we have to take up these plans before they are no longer offered? (at current price)

Re: Off Peak Periods

Just as a heads up for those wanting to download but not leave machines on over night, some dl managers can be set to shut down the system after they are completed. Wont help with an impulsive dl though, or if youre facing captcha issues. You can also use Task Scheduler to un-hibernate your compute...

Re: Off Peak Periods

user configurable time periods. Same 6 hour block length as is now. Allow user to specify when it starts (within Exetel Limits). IF too many people select the same overlapping blocks, disabled certain times to spread it out. example. I go to my User settings and choose 8am-2pm Or I go to my User set...

Re: Slow for months then fast for months now slow again

It's just your neighbours on the exchange downloading a lot. I don't know why that isn't the first assumption here, exetel has a very small wiggle room with bandwidth and a LOT of heavy users. It is very easy for a few people to clog a region in my experience.

Re: Price Increase Of $5.00 per Month On All Old ADSL Plans

Bandwidth is supposedly cheaper then ever now, according to John Lintons blogs! Changing prices for the good of customers is welcomed. This happened back in the days when bandwidth was more expensive than it is now? Changing prices for the worse is not welcome. Especially when it could be avoided li...

Where is "No Limit = Unlimited" defined?

Where is "No Limit = Unlimited" defined?
